Looking to host a festival or gala? Big Mama is known for, not only BBQ, but her appetizers and charcuterie boards as well. Using locally sourced ingredients, cured meats and her homemade antipastos, Big Mama creates unique, signature creations to suit any occasion.

After researching some different catering companies, I had a good feeling about BMKC Canada and boy was I right! 🤓 Shawna catered our staff Christmas Party of 25 and right from the start, She was so fun to work with. I swear Shawna can make anything your heart desires, and she was also very helpful with menu suggestions for clueless me!
The night of our event, Shawna and her super friendly and fun staff were professional and warm and pulled everything off, including linen rental, set up and clean up, without a hitch. And most importantly, her food was heavenly! Mouth watering beef strip loin roast and a delicious blackberry custard tart were among my favourites!
This was my first time planning an event, and I hope to do more, just to be able to work with Shawna again! An incredibly talented local chef with an awesome personality.... highly recommended!!
